Navan is the most satisfying Cognac that I have ever enjoyed! Can I order on line from Canada?

Navan is very focused on the vanilla flavors and aromas. It is not a cognac but a liqueur made mostly for the African-American market. It reminds me of certain artisan rums from Madagascar.
